After graduating a culinary school, Chef Changjin Oh started his career at JW Marriott’s Mikado Japanese Restaurant in Seoul, South Korea, and later joined Nobu Restaurants in Dallas, Malibu, Chicago, and San Diego. He served as Executive Sushi Chef in both Chicago and San Diego Hotel Del Coronado locations.
